Excursion planned during 23rd Nov-26th Nov for Ranikhet by Retired executives Association. Booking closes on 8th November 2016

An excursion trip has been planned during 23rdNov-26th Nov for Ranikhet. The journey will be performed partially by train and partially by bus.  The outgoing train no.  12040 NDLS-KGM SHATABDI EXPRESS will depart from New Delhi Railway Station on 23rd Nov at 0600 hrs. The arrival at Kathgodam is at 1140 hrs. The onward journey to Ranikhet will be undertaken by bus, arriving hotel Woods Villa Resort at 1600 hrs. The return journey on 26th Nov  will be vise- versa. The  train from Kathgodam i.e. 12039 Shatabdi Express will depart at 1535 hrs. reaching New Delhi at 2105 hrs.

The charges will be Rs. 7500/- per head. However a subsidy of Rs. 1000/- each is being provided by our Ex- ONGC Executive Welfare Association, Delhi. All those who are willing to participate are requested to contribute Rs. 6500/- per head by cash or by cheque. The amount can also be deposited in our State Bank of India Account no. 11084229044, in the name of EX-ONGC EXECUTIVES WELFARE ASSOCIATION, DELHI.

It is requested that the money be deposited latest by 7th November’2016. Train booking being done on 8th Nov morning.
